Tee Times
You may request tee times up to 7 days in advance, or view the tee sheet and make your own tee times 3 days in advance with our Foretees online reservation system. You can reach the Pro Shop’s direct line at 941.488.7747.
Guest Policy  
Guests of our Members are always welcome at Mission Valley Country Club.   We ask that guests be in the accompaniment of the Member while playing golf.  Guests are permitted a total of six (6) rounds of golf per year.   These six rounds are non-inclusive of guest days or tournaments.
Green Fees  
Greens Fees for guests of a member are $45 during season and $25 in summer.  Relative fees are $25 during season and $20 in summer.
Driving Range
The use of the Club practice facility is included in the benefits of membership. There is never a charge for practice balls.  
Bag Storage  
Bag storage is included in your membership benefits and is available to all Members. Contact the Pro Shop to arrange bag storage.
Locker Rental 
Locker rentals are available to Golf Members.  A full locker is $120 per year.  For locker rental information, please contact the Administrative Office.
Shoe Service  
Service is available in the Men’s and Ladies’ Locker Rooms and is included in the Membership benefits. Gratuities may be extended to the attendant at the discretion of the Member.
Golf Lessons  
Golf lessons are available from the staff professionals.  Call the Pro Shop to schedule an appointment at 941.488.7747.
Bag Tags
Your personalized bag tag will be provided upon enrollment.
Hole-in-One  
Our Hole-in-One program is handled through the Administration Office.  All golfing Members are billed $2.00 for each recorded Hole-In-One by a Member.  For details on the Hole-in-One program please check with the Administration Office.
Handicaps
USGA & FSGA charges are $25 annually.
Summer Reciprocal Privileges
From May 1 through October 31 Mission Valley Country Club participates in an area reciprocity program.  For more information and for a list of the participating clubs, rates and availability please see the Pro Shop.
Cart Fee
Members and guests may use a cart or walk the course. Only two (2) riders are  allowed per cart.  Cart operators must have a valid driver's license.  Cart fees are established at $22 per 18 holes and $14.00 per 9 holes.
Walking Fee
All Members walking the course will be charged $11 per 18 holes and $7.00 per 9 holes and will have use of the Club’s Walking Carts.
Playing
All play must begin on the hole assigned by the starter.  A maximum of four (4)  players is allowed per group.  Exceptions must be cleared through the Golf Pro Shop prior to play. 
Men’s Day
Men have priority on Wednesday from 12:00 noon to 1:44 pm.    
Ladies Day
Ladies have priority on Monday 12:00 noon to 1:44 pm and Thursday from 8:00 am to 9:44 pm.
Golf Programs
Mission Valley offers private golf lessons, Men’s Golf Association, Women’s Golf Association, nine-hole ladies’ group, lessons, tournaments, and clinics.  For more information contact the Golf Pro Shop at 941.488.7747.
Tournaments
The Calendar of Events contains a complete schedule of all Club events & tournaments  as well as all organized social events for the season.
Hours
Please check the monthly newsletter for hours of operation.       
Dress Code
Please refer to the Member Roster or Club's Bylaws for the appropriate dress code on the golf course and in the Clubhouse.  Please inform your guests prior to their arrival. 
Food Minimum
There is an established food minimum based on membership category.
Gratuities
An 18% gratuity will be added to all Members’ food and beverage charges.
Immediate Family Benefit
Immediate family is defined to include children, son-in-laws, daughter-in-laws, grandchildren, parents, brothers, sisters, appropriate in-laws, and step relations whose primary residence is outside a 50 mile radius of the Club.
Member Roster
The Member Roster is updated and published annually.  All Member information is strictly confidential.  All operation hours, bylaws, rules & regulations, dress code, phone contacts and email addresses are included in the Member Roster.
Statements & Billings
Statements are generated on the first of the month and mailed by the Administration Office.  Member accounts are due by the 20th of each month.  A late fee of 1.5% applies to all delinquent charges. 
Assessments
The Club’s bylaws limit the annual assessment to $500.00 without a vote of the membership. 
Resignation
If you want to resign from the Club you may do so by submitting a resignation letter any time prior to March 31. Your dues would stop as of June 30 that same year. The membership year is July 1 through June 30, which currently coincides with the Club’s fiscal year.
