Mission Valley has three of the best Har-Tru (soft court surface) tennis courts in the area. They are open every day from early morning until sunset. During season (November through April) tennis has an active schedule. Programs range from competitive matches for men, women and mixed doubles to social events. Open round robin play is available throughout the week for both women and men. We welcome all levels of players and most times the court is open for casual walk-on play.
Brenda Mertz, our USPTA Tennis Professional, District President, is well regarded in the local two county areas as a leader in developing and conducting clinics for all level of play, social events and men’s and ladies team play. Each season members travel to some Grand Slam Tennis Tournaments to see the top players in the world.
Brenda offers private or group lessons, racquet purchases and stringing and access to the ball machine. |
